CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Policy: All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made AFTER the 48hr window will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Any deposit paid at booking will be applied toward this fee. • Clients whose card on file has insufficient funds, preventing collection of the cancellation fee, will be restricted from future bookings. • No-shows will not be serviced moving forward. • All deposits and services are non-refundable. No exceptions. • One courtesy reschedule is permitted per deposit. • Any additional reschedule requests after the 1st reschedule will require the appointment to be canceled and rebooked with a new deposit to hold the new date and time. ⸻ Facial Appointments • Please arrive with a clean face (no full face of makeup). • No extra guests or children are permitted during facial appointments. Dermaplane Clients • Please follow pre-care instructions to avoid irritation or breakouts. Instructions can be found on my Instagram highlights under “Dermaplane.” Facial Client Forms • Client intake forms are required for facial services only (not brow waxes). • If you have already completed a facial intake form, you do not need to complete one for every visit unless your information has changed. By booking an appointment with Golden Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful and professional experience for all clients.
